Neuroscience and ophthalmics development compounds
The oral therapy FTY720 (fingolimod) is in late-stage clinical development for the treatment of multiple sclerosis. In addition, Lucentis (ranibizumab) is in development for the treatment of diabetic macular edema, which can cause vision loss in people with diabetes. AGO178 (agomelatine) is being studied in patients with depression.
