Neuroscience products
Top neuroscience products include:

• Exelon and Exelon Patch (rivastigmine tartrate) for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease  and dementia associated with Parkinson's disease
• Trileptal (oxcabazepine) for the treatment of epilepsy
• Stalevo (carbidopa, levodopa and entacapone) for the treatment of Parkinson's disease  
• Extavia, a current mainstay of multiple sclerosis

Ophthalmics products
Our leading ophthalmics products include:

• Lucentis (ranibizumab), the first product to show improved vision in patients with "wet" AMD
• Visudyne (verteporfin), another key treatment for "wet" AMD

Neuroscience and ophthalmics development compounds
The oral therapy FTY720 (fingolimod) is in late-stage clinical development for the treatment of multiple sclerosis. In addition, Lucentis (ranibizumab) is in development for the treatment of diabetic macular edema, which can cause vision loss in people with diabetes. AGO178 (agomelatine) is being studied in patients with depression.
